A Guide to Dogs With a Poor Disposition

We all know, each dog or breed of a dog has its own particular characteristics and one of them is its disposition. As a result, you can trust on this information to help you select a dog whose attitude and disposition match your own. Some smaller dogs are known to be feisty and noisy, while some larger dogs are quiet and tranquil.

A dog can’t go against its natural inborn instincts even if you would really try your best, so if you want something that can cope with whatever you wish, you don’t need a pet. A dog’s disposition is not something that you can go without when you have finally decided to take a dog to your home, so get ready to make particular adjustments and don’t expect to get the first move from the dog itself.

It wouldn’t be much of a problem for one owner who enjoys his dog’s company, that natural behavior that would seem to irritate some other dog owners.

Caring about the welfare of their keepers is not something that those fiercely individual creatures would do. These antisocial dog breeds can include Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Doberman, Irish Terrier, Wire Haired Fox Terrier and Rottweiler. These unsociable dogs can serve well as guard dogs since they have the nature to be watchful, hostile and independent - nevertheless, schooling them would give you a real hard time.

In other cases, the dog type may have the potential for schooling but the personality of the individual dog is more reluctant. It might be that some caregivers who weren’t competent enough and handled them the wrong way or that they have been treated badly at the pet store.

Since those dogs had endured a lot of bad experiences, they tend to act in such a way that would vulnerability is something that they no longer have in fear of being mistreated again or feel any injury. If that’s your dog’s experience, then you should exercise more time and effort as well as be devoted enough to make him feel safe that you are not like those individuals who had hurt him in his past and reassure him that he will never be punish in ways that is not justifiable if ever he undergoes a schooling.

It is quite OK not to give your dog its dog treats if he still tends to walk poorly on a leash despite all your efforts to school him. What can be cruel enough is not letting him have his dinner - thus, will consequence to the kind of reaction that he would give when ill-treated and that is to begrudge and disobey you.

At other times, there’s no obvious reason for the dog’s odd behavior. Becoming a dog owner doesn’t come with guarantees. There are times when what you have as a dog is very hard to get by and care for, but, doing your best to give your dog the kind of love and care that he needs and provide him with the best and appropriate home are just the things that you should do.
