You don’t want your dog to be barking whenever they aren’t supposed to. If it is late at night and they hear someone near the house, or they are excited, that is fine, but you don’t want to have to listen to your dog barking constantly because it is going to be frustrating. You need to make sure, if you are taking on the responsibility of having a dog, that you teach them that you are in control and that they need to listen.
